RETURNS OR CHANGES
ONLY CHANGES AND/OR RETURNS OF ITEMS FROM THE CATEGORIES ARE ACCEPTED:
- T-SHIRTS
- SWEAT-SHIRTS
- DRESSES
NO CHANGES OR RETURNS OF TIGHTS, SOCKS, LEGGINGS, REUSABLE HYGIENIC MASKS, OR BIKINIS ARE ACCEPTED.
If you buy at HYDLUXURY.COM and you are not satisfied with the product itself, you have the possibility to return it free of charge (products that can be returned, see above) as long as the maximum period of 14 days does not pass after your purchase.
Changes or returns will be managed by HYDLUXURY.COM. If you want to return or exchange an item, you must contact us by phone by writing to +34 629 920 972 or via email (info@hyd-hyd.com) commenting that you want to make a return/exchange and a Once we are notified, from the offices of Industrie Tessili HYD slu we will start the process.
TO MAKE A CHANGE.
The changes will only be free if they are at the Spanish level, if it is done from outside Spain, it will have an added cost (consult the Customer Service Department).
The first thing you have to do is contact our Customer Service, always within the exchange period (14 days), otherwise we will not accept exchanges/refunds, writing to us at 34 629 920 972 or via email (info@ hyd-hyd .com) and tell us what you want to make a change. Once notified, we will start the change process and we will indicate the way to proceed. We will send a carrier to pick up the product/s at the delivery address that you indicated beforehand when making the purchase. The carrier will always check that the package is properly closed. When the carrier picks up your package, it will leave the one you have requested as a change.
Changes or returns of any product that has been unsealed and removed from the original packaging are not allowed. Except for defective or defective products.
The Products that are returned must not have been used, worn, soiled, washed or damaged and must not show obvious signs of use.
If you want an invoice you will have to indicate it and provide us with all the necessary data so that we can issue it properly, if any information is missing to make the invoice, it will not be issued since it will not be possible to proceed so you must indicate all the data.
All products that you want to change or return must be properly packaged the same as when they are received.

Once the return has been made and having verified that everything is correct and the product/s are intact, HYDLUXURY.COM will refund the money you have paid for it or for them. As long as the maximum period of 14 days is not exceeded.
