SEND TO   REST OF EUROPE (UPS-FEDEX):

- Shipping 5/10 working days.

SHIPPING   OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (UPS-FEDEX):

- Shipping 10/15 working days.

Once the HYDLUXURY.COM purchase has been made, you can contact the Customer Service via email (info@myboutiqueonline.es) or by phone by writing a whatsapp to 6 34 629 920 972 or via email (info@hydhyd.com) and we will indicate its status and the date and time range in which the home delivery will take place.

If it is the case that you have not received the order on the indicated day, you can contact us by email.

MRW will be responsible for the shipment in the event that it is SPAIN. It may be the case that it is another carrier who sends the order, the customer will always be notified by providing data on the carrier in question.

Deliveries will be made within the deadlines established by each store (see above), it is you who has to ensure that there is someone at the shipping address at the time of delivery to receive the order, otherwise, the order will be returned and undeliverable.
